The Express are about teaching girls why we play the game! It comes
from within. It’s not about getting the most goals or being

the heart. It’s about working as a team to reach a common
goal and having respect that allows us to bring out the best in
each other. We promote player development for ALL players. Each
coach plays all players equal and gives them ALL confidence and
knowledge in each game. There is no power play or penalty killing
units. In order to develop players must be put in every situation
of a game.
